Nice ring. I had to order it and sell it 4 times because the size was hard to guess. If you are a woman with smallest fingers, order size 7. The ring measures sleep, steps, temperature, “stress”, hrv, it’s waterproof, lasts one week without charging. It works with ios and android. The app is free. Pairing takes seconds. Looks exactly like oura. R09 is the best generation from r02 to r012. When your bluetooth is off, the ring still measures you to up to 3 days and then it synchronizes. For its price, it’s smart enough. Steps and sleep are very precise, i can’t say that about stress. Generally it gives you some data on how well you’re doing.

I was interested in this ring because i can earn rewards from a health program provided by my employer. I wanted something that was small and unobtrusive, and delivered “accurate enough” health stats so that i can earn rewards in my program. The colmi r09 delivers that. I also own a garmin instinct 2, and the health metrics the ring tracks, while not always the same, are fairly comparable. I would say that i probably wouldn’t trust this ring with workouts or to give me extremely detailed health stats in place of my garmin watch, but for passive stat tracking, this is exactly what i needed. Battery life seems to be between 6-8 days with constant wearing and tracking the occasional 20-30 minute walk throughout the week. Overall, i am incredibly satisfied with my purchase!

The ring is good, the previous one worked for 2.5 years. Convenient charging, the only thing is that it’s curved, which isn’t as cool as being straight, in my opinion. But it doesn’t affect functionality.

This is probably my best buy on here so far but the real challenge was sizing. The size 10 does not fit my fore finger but it fits my middle with some force and ring finger with no issue. I went to costco to check my ring sizes checked, and they were as follows, 9, 10, 11 from my ringfinger to my forefinger. So this information may be helpful for someone else. It is tracking my sleep, heart rate, stress levels and oxygen and so far, it appears to be doing it well. We’ll see how it performs overtime but i’m totally satisfied with this purchase and recommend it.

1 week of use and I’m loving it! The size is small! I wear size 17 in Brazil and it fits quite snugly. The gold color is discreet, identical to the color and material of my gold Apple Watch! It’s waterproof, I wash my hands normally with it on! Highly recommended!

I wanted to try a smart ring but wasn’t willing to spend a lot of money. I used to use a SmartWatch a long time ago because I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia and it helped me monitor it, but I got bored of using the watch because I had to charge it every day (I bought another one with a better battery but it had many issues). Then I was thinking about a ring so I could monitor myself without much worry. I’ve been wearing the ring for 5 hours, including 1 Pilates session, and I compared the data with a saved Pilates session on my watch, and the result is quite similar. So far very satisfied, the price was the best!!! It’s not super wide, it’s comfortable, and it looks nice. I would buy it again. There are other things like taking a photo with him and things like that. I recommend!! !

It’s great! I recommend it. I’ve been using it for 4 days now and the battery still lasts from the first day of charging. You can see oxygen saturation, sleep measurement, heart rate, temperature, and other things with an app that syncs with iPhone health. I’m going to buy another one for my mom! So far it’s worked super well and is perfect for the price. It’s lightweight, doesn’t bother me, and is waterproof. I’ve showered with the ring and it’s still fine!
