It is practically a backpack measuring 42cm x 29cm x 15cm. I ordered the one that includes a pump to remove air. I think it might fit 3 full changes. Additionally, it has space to put some sneakers and your laptop or iPad. On both sides, it has space for bottle holders. It feels of good quality. Recommended.
