The size issue, they are a bit big on me because my feet slide forward when I walk, so I would recommend ordering one size smaller or your usual size. I am a 38.5 and ordered a 39 for the 24.5cm measurement, but a slightly smaller size would have been even better. I have wide feet and they fit perfectly!

They arrived without a protective layer in the toe area, the shape was slightly wrinkled, but they straightened out a bit on the foot; this is a packaging issue. They were wrapped in large bubble wrap with air chambers. They arrived intact, without a box. The heel is comfortable. The edge has a pearlescent finish.
