I took size M for measurements 90/68/93, height 164 cm, weight 60 kg. I usually wear size S, clothing size 42. I was choosing between two sizes S and M. The top is oversized, the sleeves are also long, there’s an option to roll them up, there are shoulder pads inside that I can remove. The bottom is excellent. If you need it tight, maybe S would work, but since I work out in the gym and have muscles, I played it safe.
