I bought it mainly for bodybuilding, especially for squats and other exercises that require more stability. I used to wear a shoe with gel before, and the difference in stability was noticeable from the very first workout. The shoe has a firm base, provides a lot of security during exercises, and doesn’t give me that sinking feeling I had with my previous shoe. I trained with it and really liked the stability it provides. I wear size 39 and bought size 41 because I was afraid it would be too small. In my case, it worked. There was a comfortable gap in the front, without squeezing the toes or making the foot move around inside the shoe. The Velcro helps a lot in securing the foot, and the finish looks good for the price. For those looking for a cheap shoe that focuses on stability for strength training, I found it to be an excellent purchase.
