My foot is 24,5cm, in eu size i often wear size 38, 38,5 of shoes, sometimes 39. Here i ordered size 39(i looked at the size chart, and chose size where foot size is or around 24,5cm) and it fits ideally. Quality is very good and arrived pretty fast.

Fits perfectly at 24.5 cm, size 37. Slightly stretchy and perfect. If you like it to be slightly loose, take a size larger than needed.
