My foot measures 11 inches with a medium weight sock and these 45 eu (11-11.5 us) clogs fit almost perfect. If your foot measures more than 11 inches you made need a 46 eu. It states it will fit size 11 to 11.5 us but i think it’s more like 10.5 to 11. If you wear a larger size than 11 you may need to order up a size. I have a slightly wide foot (e) and these fit with a bit of extra room but not much. The strap works well to hold the clog on without being too tight. It states the strap is adjustable and there are alternate holes but not sure how to adjust it. However, it works well for me as is. I wear mine with socks, but even with bare feet it’s somewhat difficult to slide on. They feel decently well made, and have a somewhat cushioned feel under foot, not the most cushioned, but adequate. I think they are worth the under $7 price,
