Reminder: The hat does not have a logo by default. If you place an order without contacting us by default, we will ship the hat without a logo to you.

2. Send us your logo, we will make a preview according to your needs. (The format of the logo can be any image file format, just make sure the logo is clear enough)
3.Additional customization costs are required, you can contact us to check the price.
4. We can embroider or print logos on hats, but not all logos can be embroidered, so please consult us.
5. Regarding shipping, hats without custom logo are usually shipped within 48 hours, hats with custom logo are usually shipped within 5-7 days

Order Verification

Once the payment is verified, orders cannot be cancelled or modified during the processing stage. However, we will always do our best to accommodate any changes if requested in a timely manner.
Order Processing
It typically takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in the processing time. Orders containing pre-ordered items may take longer to process. For more detailed information, please refer to our Preorder Page. If your items are prepared within 24 hours, we will aim to ship them out the same day.
Shipping
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and should reach the destination within 8 to 30 business days depending on the shipping method. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Delays
Shipping time is an estimate and begins from the date of shipment, not the order date. There may be unexpected delays due to factors such as invalid address, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather conditions. Delivery can take longer than expected—especially for international orders. We offer compensation if the package does not arrive within the timeframe mentioned in the shipping policy.
If you have not received your order within the stated time, please submit a support ticket within 6 months of shipment. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to resolve your issue. Note: We cannot accept late requests beyond 6 months.
